• How to get the distributionship from us?

• How to place an order ?

1. By E-mail or Fax: An ordering form can be downloaded from our web. Fill it accordingly and send it to us. Your form is also acceptable for us

2. On web: Please fill out our online order form at our website, submit it after you finished. We will sign it and fax it to you for your signature confirmation, and then please you fax it back for our file.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ: 10 pieces/style & 20 pieces/bill, while a trial order the first time is available.

• How to pay for your order ?

 At lease 50% deposits should be paid when placing an order, and the balance will be paid off by seven days before shipping date. Please settle your payment by T/T to our account: Mi Ho Trading Company

• Delivery

- Buyers should assign a qualified Quality Controller to check the goods 2 weeks before delivery.

- Lead time: less than 10 weeks usually;

- Delivery will be effected within 7 days before the agreed consignment date, when all of payment received

- Any unsatisfactory point should be put forwards in 3 days after receiving goods. Otherwise, it means you accept the goods.

• Canceling an order

Once canceling an order by the buyer's cause, the 50% deposits would not be refunded. If canceling a partial of an order by the buyer's cause, we will charge 50% canceling order fee upon the value of cancelled order volume.
